The Omron NX-TS3101 Machine Automation Controller Temperature Input Unit features 4 thermocouple input channels for multi-channel temperature monitoring. It supports multiple thermocouple types and provides resolution up to 0.1°C for measuring temperature across compatible equipment. The module processes measurements with a 250 ms per-unit conversion time, while Free-Run refreshing maintains continuous data updates for the controller. Dual 16-terminal blocks provide the specified wiring interface, and an optional NX-HB Heater Burnout Detection Unit can be connected for heater monitoring. The NX-TS3101 increases temperature-input capacity within an NX system and complements the PLC temperature measurement range available for Omron industrial automation.
