The Leuze GSU 14D/66.3-S12 is a label sensor with a principle of physics based on ultrasonics. It is suitable for detecting both transparent and non-transparent labels with a minimum label width of 10 mm and a minimum label gap of 2 mm. This special version features a teach input and a supply voltage UB of 12-30 V DC. The sensor has an open-circuit current of 0-80 mA and an input resistance of 15,000 Ω, with an active switching state of high.
There is one teach input and two digital switching outputs with a maximum switching current of 100 mA. The Label gap sensor Leuze GSU 14D/66.3 S12 switching voltage for the digital outputs is high: ≥(UB-2V) and low: ≤ 2 V. The load capacity of the sensor is 0.5 µF and the switching element is a transistor push-pull. The response time is 0.2 ms with a readiness delay of 300 ms. The maximum bandgeschwindigkeit beim Teach-In is 50 m/min.
The GSU 14D/66D.3-S12 sensor has one connector type of connection with a M12 thread size, and a male type of connector with 5 pins, encoding A-coded. The design of the sensor is a fork with a horizontal plug outlet parallel to belt movement. The mouth width is 4 mm and the mouth depth is 68.5 mm. The dimensions of the sensor are 20.7 mm x 48.2 mm x 101 mm, with a metal housing made of diecast zinc and a net weight of 270 g.
The housing color is black and red, and the sensor has a type of fastening for both mounting thread and through-hole mounting. There are three LED lights for the type of display and operational controls consist of teach buttons. The ambient temperature, operation ranges from 0 to 60 °C, and the ambient temperature, storage ranges from -40 to 70 °C. The sensor has a degree of protection of IP 65 and is certified with c UL US.
