The Omron NX1P2-1040DT Machine Automation Controller provides integrated logic and motion control for compact industrial automation systems. It operates with a 2 ms primary task cycle and provides 1.5 MB of program memory with 2 MB of variable memory. The controller supports 2 synchronous axes and 4 PTP axes for motion-control applications, together with 24 PNP/NPN digital inputs and 16 NPN transistor outputs. Up to 8 expansion units and 16 remote I/O nodes support scalable machine configurations. EtherCAT Master, EtherNet/IP, and Ethernet TCP/IP provide connectivity with compatible automation devices. The NX1P2-1040DT combines integrated I/O and motion functions within the motion control PLC range supporting Omron machine automation.
