The Omron NX-ECC202 Machine Automation Controller EtherCAT Coupler Unit supports distributed NX I/O communication over an EtherCAT network. Its DC-mode communication cycle ranges from 250 to 4,000 μs, supporting synchronized data exchange between connected modules and the controller. The unit consumes 1.45 W or less and provides a maximum I/O power supply current of 10 A, allowing it to support higher I/O power requirements than lower-capacity configurations. The NX-ECC202 combines EtherCAT communication with increased I/O supply capacity for modular NX architectures. It forms part of the industrial PLC network range available within Omron industrial automation systems.
