The Omron NX-TC3408 Machine Automation Controller Temperature Control Unit provides 4 channels with linear current outputs for analog thermal control. It accepts compatible thermocouples and resistance thermometers, allowing different temperature-sensing requirements to be incorporated into an NX system. The module provides 4 linear current outputs for transmitting analog control signals to corresponding external equipment. Standard Control operation is combined with a 50 ms conversion time for regular temperature measurement and regulation. The NX-TC3408 differs from SSR-drive configurations by using linear current outputs for control. It expands the PLC temperature control range available across Omron industrial automation applications.
