The Omron NX-TC3406 Machine Automation Controller Temperature Control Unit controls 4 temperature channels using compatible thermocouples or resistance thermometers. The module provides 4 voltage outputs for SSR drive, allowing several thermal zones to be regulated from one NX unit. Standard Control is supported, with a 50 ms conversion time for processing temperature measurements and updating the control system. The NX-TC3406 is designed for NX architectures where multiple temperatures need to be monitored and controlled as part of machine operation. Additional configurations are available through the PLC temperature control range for Omron industrial control systems.
