The Pepperl + Fuchs Inductive Proximity Sensor NBB20-U1-A2 is a 4-wire, PNP output type sensor with a rated operating distance of 20mm, designed for flush installation. It has a typical hysteresis of 5% and operates with an operating voltage of 10 to 30V DC. The sensor is reverse polarity and short-circuit protected and has a voltage drop of ≤ 2V. The device has an LED indicator for operating voltage and switching state, and its MTTFd is 1289 a.
The sensor conforms to EN and IEC 60947-5-2 standards, and it is UL listed and has EAC conformity. The sensor’s housing material is made of PA/metal with epoxy powder coating, and its sensing face is made of PA. The device has a high degree of protection, IP68 and IP69K, making it suitable for use in harsh industrial environments. The sensor weighs 225 g and has screw terminals for connection.
