The Omron NX701-1700 Machine Automation Controller integrates high-speed sequence and motion control for large industrial automation systems. It supports up to 256 synchronous axes and 256 total axes with a primary task cycle time of 0.125 ms for demanding coordinated motion applications. The controller provides 80 MB of program memory and 260 MB of variable memory for complex machine programs and operating data. EtherCAT Master, EtherNet/IP, and Ethernet TCP/IP provide connectivity with compatible motion devices, I/O systems, and industrial networks. The NX701-1700 combines extensive axis control with high-speed processing and industrial networking within the multi-axis PLC motion control range supporting Omron motion automation.
