The Omron NJ501-1320 Machine Automation Controller CPU Unit integrates database connectivity, sequence processing, and motion control for advanced industrial automation systems. It supports up to 16 motion axes and provides 20 MB of program memory together with 6 MB of variable memory for complex machine-control applications. EtherCAT Master, EtherNet/IP, and USB provide communication with compatible automation devices and industrial networks. The controller supports up to 2,560 I/O points and 40 units across 3 Expansion Racks, together with as many as 192 remote nodes for distributed system expansion. The NJ501-1320 combines database connectivity with multi-axis machine control within the networked PLC motion control range supporting Omron industrial automation.
