The Omron CP1W-16ET1 PLC Digital Output Expansion Unit adds 16 sourcing transistor outputs to compatible Programmable Logic Controller systems for controlling additional DC field devices. The sourcing output configuration provides electronic switching according to PLC control logic and can extend a machine when the controller's built-in output capacity is no longer sufficient. With a current consumption of 76 mA at 5 V, the module integrates into the CP1W expansion architecture without changing the main controller platform. Its 16 additional output points support machine configurations requiring expanded transistor-based control. The CP1W-16ET1 expands CP1W digital output capacity and forms part of the 16-point sourcing PLC output range used across Omron machine automation systems.
