The Omron CJ1W-TC104 PLC Temperature Control Unit provides 4-point input for Pt100 and JPt100 platinum resistance thermometers within a CJ-series Programmable Logic Controller architecture. It supports PID and ON/OFF control methods, allowing temperature regulation to be selected according to process requirements. A 500 ms sampling period supports ongoing measurement and control across the connected temperature points. By integrating four temperature inputs into one module, thermal regulation can operate alongside machine sequencing and other PLC functions within the same automation system. The CJ1W-TC104 extends CJ1W multi-zone temperature capability and forms part of the 4-point PLC temperature control range used with Omron process automation.
