Omron E3AS-HL500MN 2M Photoelectric Sensor
Omron E3AS-HL500MN 2M is an NPN distance-settable photoelectric sensor designed for adjustable spot sensing from approximately 35 to 500 mm. A Class 1 red laser at 660 nm creates the focused optical area used for target sensing, while the pre-wired 2 m cable provides direct machine connection. The sensor runs from a 10 to 30 VDC supply and provides response selections of 1.5 ms, 10 ms, and 50 ms. Its OLED display assists with parameter setting and operating checks. Within the E3AS Series, the E3AS-HL500MN 2M provides extended NPN spot sensing. The Omron E3AS-HL500MN 2M Photoelectric Sensor uses spot-type Class 1 red laser sensing for adjustable distances from approximately 35 to 500 mm. Its focused 660 nm optical beam supports target sensing across the configured range, while the NPN output interfaces with compatible PLC and machine-control inputs. A pre-wired 2 m cable provides fixed electrical connection, and the sensor operates from a 10 to 30 VDC Class 2 supply. As an E3AS distance-settable photoelectric sensor, the sensing position can be adjusted according to application requirements. Response settings of 1.5 ms, 10 ms, and 50 ms are selectable. Total output load current is specified up to 100 mA. Power-supply reverse polarity, output short-circuit, and output reverse-polarity protection are incorporated, together with an OLED display and status indicators.
