The Omron VB-4111 is a compact, flange-mounted multiple limit switch equipped with four bevel plungers for simultaneous or independent detection. It features a sealed housing with two side cable entry ports and is rated for 10 A at 250 VAC resistive load. With a mechanical life of 5 million operations and an electrical life of 300,000 operations, it is suited for long-term repetitive use.
This model operates at low speeds between 0.1 mm/s and 0.5 m/s and maintains reliable performance in environments with vibration (10 to 55 Hz, 1.5 mm double amplitude) and shock (up to 1,000 m/s² destruction, 200 m/s² malfunction). It offers high insulation resistance (100 MΩ min. at 500 VDC) and low contact resistance (15 mΩ max.).
The VB-4111 complies with IP67 protection standards and performs across a temperature range of –10°C to 80°C, making it ideal for heavy-duty machines, jigs, and industrial automation systems.
