The Omron NX-TS2201 Machine Automation Controller Temperature Input Unit provides 2 input channels for resistance-thermometer measurement. It supports Pt100 and Pt1000 three-wire sensors with 0.1°C resolution, allowing compatible resistance temperature signals to be acquired by the NX control system. A 250 ms per-unit conversion time works with Free-Run refreshing to provide regular measurement updates during operation. The module includes a 16-point terminal arrangement and supports optional connection to an NX-HB Heater Burnout Detection Unit for heater monitoring. The NX-TS2201 adds resistance-temperature measurement to NX architectures and forms part of the PLC temperature input range used with Omron industrial automation systems.
