The Omron CJ1W-EIP21 PLC EtherNet/IP Unit connects CJ-series Programmable Logic Controller systems with industrial Ethernet networks for cyclic data exchange and controller communication. Its 100 Mbps full-duplex Ethernet capability supports high-speed transfer of control information, while 128 UDP connections and 256 tag sets provide capacity for networked automation architectures. Support for TCP/IP and UDP/IP protocols enables communication with compatible controllers and Ethernet devices, while diagnostic and address-setting functions assist with network configuration and maintenance.
