The Omron CJ1W-DRM21 PLC DeviceNet Unit provides master and slave communication for integrating a CJ-series Programmable Logic Controller with devices on a DeviceNet industrial network. It supports up to 63 network nodes and communication speeds of 125, 250, and 500 kbps, allowing the network configuration to match the required communication distance and system design. The unit supports exchange of up to 512 input words and 512 output words for distributed I/O communication between the PLC and connected devices. Communication recovery functions also support network operation when communication errors occur. The CJ1W-DRM21 extends CJ1W network connectivity and forms part of the PLC networking range within Omron control solutions.
