The Omron CJ1W-TC004 PLC Temperature Control Unit provides 4-point input for Pt100 and JPt100 platinum resistance thermometers within a CJ-series Programmable Logic Controller system. PID and ON/OFF control methods allow temperature regulation to be configured according to the process, while a 500 ms sampling period supports ongoing measurement and control. Its four-point configuration enables several temperature zones to be incorporated into the same controller architecture, allowing thermal regulation to operate alongside machine sequencing and other automation functions. This makes the module suitable for multi-point temperature control applications. The CJ1W-TC004 extends CJ1W temperature regulation and forms part of the multi-point PLC temperature control range within Omron process automation.
