The Omron CJ1W-TC002 PLC Temperature Control Unit provides 4-point thermocouple control within a CJ-series Programmable Logic Controller system. It supports K, J, T, E, L, U, N, R, S, and B thermocouple types, allowing different temperature measurement requirements to be integrated into the control architecture. PID and ON/OFF control methods provide alternative approaches for regulating temperature according to the process, while a 500 ms sampling period supports ongoing measurement and control. The four-point configuration enables several thermal control loops to operate through one CJ1W module. The CJ1W-TC002 extends CJ1W temperature regulation and forms part of the multi-point PLC temperature control range within Omron process automation.
