Omron CJ1W-SCU22 Programmable Logic Controller

The Omron CJ1W-SCU22 PLC Serial Communications Unit provides two serial ports for data exchange between a CJ-series Programmable Logic Controller and compatible devices in an industrial control network. Supporting RS-232C and RS-422A/485 interfaces, the module can be used for host link, NT link, and serial gateway communication. These communication options allow external equipment to exchange operating information with the PLC while the controller manages its normal machine-control functions. The dual-port arrangement also provides flexibility when more than one serial communication path is required within the automation architecture. The CJ1W-SCU22 expands the communication layer of the CJ1W Series and forms part of the industrial PLC communication range supporting Omron machine automation.
