The Omron NX-MD6121-5 Machine Automation Controller is a multifunction Communications Interface Unit combining 16 digital inputs and 16 NPN digital outputs for flexible machine control. It supports Switching Synchronous and Free-Run I/O refreshing, enabling fast and deterministic operation. Output response time is 0.1 ms ON / 0.8 ms OFF, while input response ranges from 20 μs to 400 μs. Powered by a stable 24 VDC supply and consuming 5.80 W, the module supports high-speed signal processing.
